If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to work with you.

RETURN POLICY

Customers who have purchased a product from ColorFull will have 15 calendar days to return an item, starting from the date in which you received your purchased item.

If you deem a return is necessary, please send us an email at myworldiscolorfull@gmail.com. Please include in the subject line of your email “Return Request” along with your Order Number. Provide us with your reason for the return in the body of the email. We will respond to your email within 48 hours and will provide you with all of the information required for your return.

PLEASE NOTE: In order for your purchased item to be eligible for a return and full refund of the purchase price your item must be:

Unused,
In the same condition in which you received the item,
In the original packaging, and
Accompanied with the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUND POLICY

Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the aforementioned standards of our Return Policy. An email with the status of your refund will be issued to you within 48 hours of receipt of your return.

If your return is approved, your refund will be initiated and applied using the original method of payment.

SHIPPING

The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Warimba is not liable for the loss of an item being returned by a customer. We highly advise using a registered postal service and keep record of the tracking information.
